Goals

Enhance facilities, to provide attractive, comfortable, and safe environments with flexible spaces to accommodate a wide range of activities and programs.
 

Adapt services and programs to meet the needs and interests of the residents of Aurora, for example, multicultural events for all ages, “Library of Things,” computer gaming, and electronic material.

Maintain a professional and engaged workforce, by keeping staff involved, trained, and satisfied with their work.
 

Expand partnerships with civic and community groups, to provide training and service programs such as Intro to iPhone, Stop the Bleed, Public Notary, and Lawyers in the Library.
